The paper edge protector is a difficult product to evaluate, which is why we have developed a production line for forming and gluing at high speed in order to optimise production costs.

Our unique design on the market and our palletisation systems allows us to offer you a solution which is capable of greatly optimising the paper/h conversion rate, and work with more sensitive paper compared to a conventional production line.

CREELS

More than a simple creel, our creel technology optimises speed and production cost. As well as having optimised ergonomics to satisfy a compact integration, our creels make it possible to anticipate the raw material loading in order to simplify the operator’s work with safety and a good performance. Offering many options, we are able to unwind any type of paper as well as low grammage paper with an automatic raw material splicing in order to keep the continuous tube manufacturing process going.

GLUEPOT

The edge protector gluepot enables a fast and easy setting thanks to its ergonomic design which is practical to use. Each ply tension and gluing can be adjusted individually. The gluing precision of the covering ply will let you optimise the manufacturing process.
